Clinical Interests
Dr Sarah Morrison is a Paediatric Otolaryngologist and Head and Neck Surgeon, otherwise known as an ENT surgeon. She treats children and adolescents with all types of ENT conditions such as snoring, tonsillitis, ear infections, speech and hearing problems, neck masses, voice issues, allergic rhinitis and sinusitis to list just a few. Dr Morrison has a particular interest in obstructive sleep apnea in children. Dr Morrison is an ENT consultant at the Royal Children’s Hospital and Monash Children’s Hospital. Private consultations occur in Parkville and Malvern, and private operating at Epworth Richmond.
Background
Dr Sarah Morrison is a tertiary qualified Paediatric Ear Nose and Throat Surgeon. She completed medical school at Monash University in 2004. After qualifying to become a general (adult and children) ENT surgeon in 2011, Dr Morrison undertook further study in paediatric ENT as an ENT fellow at the Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne in 2012. Dr Morrison has also spent time observing practices within leading paediatric ENT units internationally.
Dr Morrison is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery), a member of ASOHNS (Australian Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery), ANZSPO (Australian and New Zealand Society of Paediatric Otolaryngology) and the Australian Sleep Association.

Dr Morrison aims to provide quality, timely and up to date care in a manner that is most suitable for the patient’s needs. To do this, there is an understanding of the differing needs based on age, cultural background and family dynamics. Dr Morrison encourages her patients and their families to be actively involved in their health and health care decision making. As a mother of 2 young children, Dr Morrison understands that a child’s illness and its treatment affects the entire family.
